Panoramic 360° virtual tour photography and an interactive floorplan sell a home or business like a simple snapshot never could. At Toursmith, we make it easy for realtors and individuals to show their homes online -- accurately and beautifully.  Professional photographers and reliable, timely service.


     HERE'S WHAT WE DO:

  1. Show up on time
  2. Take stills inside and out, all rooms inside and points of interest outside.
  3. Draw floorplan unless you have a bluprint or builders plan we can photograph.
  4. Do pans in the back yard, largest area inside, and the front yard. also in any other area that will  help show off the property
  5. Process the tour to have it to you by the following evening except on Friday. Tours shot on Friday are delivered to you by Monday evening.
  6. Send all the stills for your use on MLS and any place else you choose to use them.
  7. Send both the branded and non-branded links to the tours for you to place on your website, MLS, and anywhere else you choose.
  8. We can load the tours to Realtor.com for a fee.
        $10 if you have  show case listing enhancements with realtor.com
        $30 if you do not.  (Realtor.com charges us extra for non-member tours).
  9. Tours are active for a year.  There is a $25.00 fee to re-activate them for another year.
  10. We send you your own login so you can edit the tour and write a description of the property
Virtual Tour Pricing
• $120 for a home less than 4000 sq ft or valued less than $500,000
• $140 for home 4,000 sq ft or larger or valued at $500,000 to $1 million
• $180 for homes valued from $1 to $2 million.
• Call for a quote on homes valued at more than $2 million
• Virtual tours for businesses. Call for a quote

 —For realtor.com members with Showcase listing enhancements, uploads are $10 per property.

 —For realtors without Showcase listing enhancements, uploads are $30 per property.
